Can I get samples first?
Which payment and shipping terms do you offer?
All Incoterms from EXW to DDP, and payment terms agreed per order. The quote form suggests terms for your country, change anything you like, or leave it for us to suggest.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes, for buyers in Việt Nam, add your tax code on the quote request or at checkout.

What's the difference between edge seal and back seal?
Edge seal sachets are sealed all round the edges; back seal sachets are sealed down the back. Every silica gel product comes in both.
How much desiccant does a shipping container need?
It depends on the container, the transit time and the route. Use the container planner on the Power Vapo Dry page for an estimate, then we confirm it on the quote.
Can you make a custom size or print our logo?
Yes, choose Custom weight or Custom size on a business order, or describe it on the quote request. Printing and label language are agreed on the quote.

Where do I find data sheets and safety data sheets (SDS)?
On the downloads page, by product. A certificate of analysis (CoA) is available on request with your order.
How do I return something or report a quality issue?
Start a return within 14 days of delivery, or report a quality issue on the warranty page. We reply within 24 hours.
